First Course Choices

o   Baked oysters, spinach, pancetta, cream, bread crumbs

o   Grilled artichokes, garlic aioli

o   Truffle burrata, tomatoes confit, saba glaze reduction

 

Second Course Choices

o   Fresh homemade Gnocchi, gorgonzola sauce, truffle essence, black truffles

o   Fresh homemade Spaghetti al nero di sepia, shrimp, tomato sauce

 

Third Course choices:

 

o   Grilled Branzino, lemon butter, leeks white, white wine

o   NY strip steak, granny mustard, demi-glace, cream

o   Roasted Lamb loin, Port wine marinated red currants, Port wine reduction

 

Dessert choices:

o   Raspberry panna cotta

o   Chocolate almond layered cake

Dessert served with a complementary glass of Brachetto wine
